We carefully choose the best coffees and roast the high quality single origins with wisdom and expert hands. We constantly check the technical parameters based on the evolution of the bean during roasting to guarantee you the best yield in the cup.
Preparing coffee with the mocha is a real ritual made up of moves, gestures and scents that cannot be reduced to the simple act of pressing a button. However, not all coffees made with mocha are good, so you have to carefully choose the right coffee!
Filter coffee (ie "American Coffee") is lightly roasted and ground coarse enough to allow the water, with a temperature of around 92/96 ° C, to “filter” in a rich and continuous way. Perfect for V60, Chemex, Aeropress.
