Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Order and shipping information

After confirming the order, the customer will receive a tracking code at the email address provided. This code can be used to check the status of the shipment on the courier's website or through their customer service.

 

2. Modifying or cancelling an order

To modify or cancel an order already sent, you must contact us promptly:

Always indicate the reference order number.

 

3. Tax documents and corrections

To request copies of documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) or corrections to your personal information, please write to info@kiribiricaffe.com or call +39 0422 752540, always specifying the document or order number.

Payments

Payment Methods

Purchases can be made using the following secure methods:

  • Credit card

  • Advance bank transfer

  • PayPal

 

Advance bank transfer

The order will be processed only after payment has been received (within 3 days of placing the order). Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled. The reason for payment must include the order number, date, and customer name.

 

Credit card

The amount is charged at the time of purchase. If the order is cancelled, the bank will reverse the transaction. ORIGINE SRL is not responsible for any delays attributable to the banking system. Card details are never stored or accessed by ORIGINE, but are processed directly by the bank via secure channels.

 

PayPal

With PayPal payments, the customer is redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. Financial information is not shared with ORIGINE. If the order is cancelled or rejected, the refund will be made directly to the PayPal account.

Shipping

Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €45 (in Italy).

  • For smaller orders, the cost is automatically calculated based on the weight of the items.

  • Customs duties and local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delivery times

Delivery depends on product availability and the courier selected. The times indicated are estimates only and are not binding on ORIGINE.
In the event of unavailability (e.g., artisanal production or temporary stock shortages), we will inform the customer of the expected delivery times: they will be able to choose whether to wait or cancel the order.

 

Receipt of goods

Upon delivery, the customer must check:

  • that the number of packages corresponds to the transport documents;

  • that the packaging is intact.

 

Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier, signing "subject to inspection" and specifying the reason.
Any damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

 

If the shipment is unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, failure to collect, etc.), a new shipment will be possible upon advance payment.

 

Delivery is not available by appointment or at set times.

 

Tracking

As soon as the shipment leaves, the customer will receive an email with a tracking code to follow its status.

 

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days of delivery, except for legal exceptions.

📌 Exclusions (art. 59 Consumer Code):

  • perishable or short-expiry food products (e.g. ground coffee, coffee beans),

  • sealed food products that have been opened after delivery,

  • personalized or custom-made goods.

 

Returns are permitted for non-food items (e.g., cups, accessories), provided they are returned intact, in their original packaging, and unused.

 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. After verifying the integrity of the goods, we will issue a refund.

 

Legal guarantee

  • Food products: the warranty covers only defects in conformity at the time of delivery (e.g. damaged packaging, product different from the one ordered).

  • Accessories (e.g. cups): covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity, valid for manufacturing defects and not for damage caused by improper use.

Introduction

Pursuant to Articles 12, 13, and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code), we inform you that the personal data (“Personal Data”) provided through this website (the “Website”) will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

Processing Methods and Retention Periods

Personal Data will be processed using paper and digital tools, with adequate security measures.

  • Online purchases: retained for the time necessary to execute the contract and comply with legal obligations, and thereafter for a maximum of 1 year.

  • Newsletter and marketing: retained until withdrawal of consent or exercise of data subject rights.

  • Customer service requests: retained for the time necessary to handle the request.

 

Data Communication

Data may be disclosed to:

  • third parties or public entities to fulfill legal obligations or purposes directly related to contract execution;

  • service providers (technical, logistics, marketing) strictly within the declared purposes.

 

Data Subject Rights

At any time, users may exercise their rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR:

  • access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability;

  • objection to processing;

  • withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
