Peru'

HB
From the slopes of the Peruvian Andes a rich and full-bodied coffee with fine acidity and notes of cocoa.
Formats:
1 kg grains
250 g grains / ground
DESCRIPTION
This organic coffee is grown by two small producers in the Cajamarca region of Peru. The region is characterized by a subsoil rich in minerals, ideal conditions for the growth of this coffee.
The coffee is harvested by indigenous families on average-sized farms of 4 hectares. Farmers in this region strive to protect the environment in which they grow coffee by using organic fertilizers and paying close attention to water management, avoiding polluting them.
The plants grow in the shade among the dense forest vegetation, which means that each grain can develop pronounced fruity scents and more.
HB is the acronym for “Hard Beans” which indicates the production areas around the equator with an altitude equal to or greater than 1,500 meters. This indicates very high quality coffee and beans with a higher specific weight.
